Digital Project Manager

Our client is the largest digital agency in the Baltics, rapidly expanding into international markets. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic digital team and work with well-known brands across the region and beyond.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns and projects, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery of campaigns.

Main Functions

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital campaigns in collaboration with Media Buyers and the performance team;
• Communicate directly with clients, representing the agency and providing updates, reports, and recommendations;
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and proactively address issues or optimizations;
• Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time, maintaining high standards of quality;
• Support hands-on execution where needed, including reviewing data, creating reports, and collaborating with internal teams;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Hands-on attitude, willing to dive into campaign data and assist the team;
• Experience with digital campaigns, project management, or related fields is a plus;
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools;
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
