The Role: What You’ll Do

As a BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You won't be "closing deals" on the showroom floor; instead, you’ll be the engine that drives our appointments through:

• High-Volume Outreach: Making approximately 75 outbound calls per day to follow up on interested leads.

• Multi-Channel Communication: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.

• Personalized Video: Using quick, "desk-first" video responses to introduce yourself and the vehicle to customers.

• Appointment Setting: Your primary goal is to provide value and schedule appointments for our sales team.

• Teachability: You don’t need automotive experience. You do need to be a "sponge" for training and follow our specific communication frameworks.
