THE TEAM

The mission of the Paid Digital Media Department is to deliver targeted, world-class content across Paid Digital Media channels to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and conversion.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Paid Digital Media team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all Aritzia Paid Social marketing to reach clients with content tailored to each platform. As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Paid Social, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and optimization of the Paid Social program. THE ROLE

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Paid Social you will:

• Define the enduring, strategic channel approach for our Paid Social program
• A/B testing, tracking, and strategies, including test ad copy, landing pages, visual assets, audience targeting, and other variables to improve performance of ad spending
• Curate platform-specific creative content to drive our messaging priorities. Procure creative assets from cross-functional partners and ensure assets meet Paid Media requirements 
• Create relevant advertising audiences using 1st and 3rd party data 
• Leverage insights to enhance activation results through measuring and optimizing KPIs
• Seamlessly deliver, manage, and drive continuous improvement for Paid Social programs

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, Paid Social has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Performance Marketing vertical, performance optimization & analytics, reporting and/or marketing channel management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners and manage multiple priorities at once
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and eCommerce apparel experience (preferred)
• Hands-on-keys experience within Ads Managers (preferred)

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
