O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Digital Services Support Specialist to join our amazing team at our Administration Office. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our Members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture.

What You’ll Do

As our Digital Services Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for optimizing and enhancing digital platforms that support the credit union in the pursuit of world class Member service through digital delivery channels and an excellent internal user experience for our Team Members. This role focuses on the administration, maintenance, and strategic improvement of key business systems ensuring operational efficiency and seamless functionality across platforms. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems are properly configured, maintained, analyzed and leveraged to enhance Member and Team Member experience.

This role will complement the responsibilities of our IT team who focus on infrastructure, APIs, core and network management, and cybersecurity. Leveraging this structural foundation built by the IT team, this role will optimize our technologies for operational success through data-driven insights, process improvement, and experience enhancement to support long-term Member and Team Member service strategies and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain system configurations, perform system updates, and work with our strategic vendor partners on upgrades, enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with our IT department to address connectivity, integrations and network-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including configurations, procedures, workflows, and reports. 
  • Conduct testing as necessary for updates, troubleshooting, and product and service enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to internal end users on system functionality, best practices and process improvements. 
  • Analyze program performance, user adoption, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. 
  • Communicate progress through clear, insightful reports and analytics. 
  • Collaborate with other credit union team members and utilize knowledge of technology systems and industry standards to design, develop, implement, and support new solutions or enhancements.
  • Triage and communicate planned and unplanned system maintenance and outages. 
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, identifying gaps, and designing modifications to enhance productivity. 
  • Maintain content management and organization of the Credit Union’s primary intranet solution. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide training, tools, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for the most effective delivery of content.
  • Ensure content is complete and accurate, representing and upholding Credit Union values.
  • Perform intranet technical support including user permissions, access control, troubleshooting, updates and enhancements.

What Desired Qualifications You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in a financial service setting.
  • Two years’ demonstrated experience in computer operations, software expertise and troubleshooting. 
  • Ability to firmly understand commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology platforms. 
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

The Details

  • Location: Administration Building, Lacey, WA
  • Pay range: $26.72 to $40.08 per hour, depending on experience
  • Recruitment will remain open until the position is filled
