Digital Solutions Architect - Piscataway, NJ

Optomi, in partnership with a leading household products manufacturer, is seeking an experience Digital Solutions Architect to join their growing team in NJ!

Responsibilities:
Serve as the expert and overall solution design owner of end-to-end customer experience and marketing solutions.
Take a future-proof approach to the full solutioning process (Ideation, Discovery, and Build), as well as ongoing enhancements and platform expansions.
Continuously review Hill’s tech stacks against new market needs to find opportunities to optimize, drive cost efficiencies and performance and elevate the digital user experience.
Partner with central Enterprise Architecture team to define and govern standards for digital ecosystem.
Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning incl SOW negotiations for internal and external staff augmentation.
Collaborate & negotiate with business leaders, product managers, technology leads, and domain experts to create, deliver, and refine innovative digital solutions.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of working experience in IT with 3+ years of experience designing and implementing digital and data solutions.
Track record of shaping successful business development of digital and other front-office business transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with martech/marketing data technologies and ability to integrate technologies into solutions and strategies (CRM, CMS, DMP, MDM, CDP, preferably using Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Google tools).
Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and how to solution designs that are built around these functional technologies areas: cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration.
Understanding of API solutions, back end development toolsets (Java/Ruby/Node.js/Python) & basic security considerations for Digital ecosystems.
Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Reach/Express JS).
Hands on experience with the following technologies: API solutions and back end development toolsets (Java/Ruby/Node js/Python), modern frontend frameworks (Reach/Express JS) & exposure to MACH principles.
Understanding and experience with ETL tools and methodologies (Informatica, Talend, Spark, AWS Glue, GCP Cloud Dataprep, Azure Data, Factory).
Proficiency developing and implementing Digital Commerce solutions (Shopify, SAP Commerce, VTEX), managing data integration, and using API methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Custom API, Airflow).
Understanding of data management platforms, including relational and non-relational data engines.
