The Digital Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital systems that support the operational needs and USER EXPERIENCE of our facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills and project management tools to ensure that our digital infrastructure aligns with our facility management goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a technical degree or an ANP (Audiovisual Network Professional) certification from AVIXA/similar organization  , OR- proven experience and ability to achieve certification.

• ANP (Audiovisual Network Professional) certification from AVIXA or similar combination of experience and education)
• Familiarity with hardware and software components of networked AV solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
