Role Overview
NetElixir is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring long term client happiness including delivering client value, growing client’s top line ecommerce sales year over year, maximizing client retention and growing NetElixir’s share of wallet through Marketplace Ad Management. Help to grow and lead the internal team through adoption of best practices for process, governance, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing


Make an Impact with Empathy:

Be the primary point of contact of Marketplace for select clients. You will emphasize listening to them in order to build a deep understanding of their brand, goals, performance KPIs and industry. You will monitor and administer dashboards as well as your clients’ reports and progress to ensure that they are on track to meet their goals.


Subject Matter Expert:

You will utilize your expertise to provide ongoing guidance to paid media clients, positioning them for success and delight. This includes providing weekly, monthly, and custom reports utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, and Microsoft ads. You will also serve as a mentor and role model for your internal team, championing both paid media knowledge and leadership. You will support the growth of the internal team via trainings on new developments, technology updates, or strategies.
Process Champion : You will be responsible for strengthening current client strategy management processes and building new processes that enable the department to manage at scale.
Data-Driven Storyteller:

You will use web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe), Data visualization and reporting platforms (PowerBi, Google Data Studio) and our proprietary AI marketing platform, LXRInsights, to convert data into actionable insights and share these with clients and team members as an expert storyteller.

What we are looking for
5+ years of proven experience in a client strategy role with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing operations (preferably with a top-tier digital marketing agency).
3-5 years of experience in eCommerce brand management, with a strong focus on Amazon.com or Walmart account management.
Extensive experience in managing Amazon or Walmart Sponsored Ads and driving ROI through strategic campaigns.
Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Advertising, Seller/Vendor Console, MS Office, and other relevant marketing software.
Ability to drive client account initiatives and projects through influence, relationships, and extensive, acquired knowledge base.
Passionate problem solver who goes above and beyond to solve complex digital marketing challenges for clients.
Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects while also being able to balance multiple priorities.
First-hand experience as a digital marketing practitioner (Google Analytics/ Campaign optimization and Management)
Obsessive focus on delivering client delight as an empathetic client relationship manager.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Data-driven storytelling skill is an advantage.
A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. Business Smarts is a MUST.

What Makes You a Great Candidate

5-7 years of experience with a Digital Marketing Agency
You have Hands on Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with data visualization BI dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary in Business Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
You thrive in a complex, fast-paced, digital business environment.
You have experience with analyzing metrics and performance data to assess outcomes vs goals and deriving valuable insights.
