Digital Support Specialist

Security State Bank - Wyoming is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Support Specialist to support customers and internal teams with digital banking and deposit operations, ensuring secure, efficient service and effective issue resolution while providing backup support for Deposit Operations.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. This role may be carried out at our Basin, Worland, Gillette, or Sheridan branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Banking processing – New client onboarding


• Provide training and support for employees and customers for all digital banking products


• Monitor digital transaction activity and reporting


• Process online ACH batches


• Process mobile deposits and provide back-office deposit operations support


• Ensure branch digital deposit functions operate smoothly and efficiently


• Perform routine clerical and operational support tasks
  


• Wire processing and support

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with digital platforms, computers, and online banking systems


• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly


• 1-3 years of deposit operations experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
