Job Description - Digital Systems Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Digital Systems Analyst for a key role in a traditional organization.

The position includes writing requirement documents, leading digital initiatives, and driving new solutions end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities:

Write functional/system specifications
Lead digital developments and improvement initiatives
Work with development teams and multiple stakeholders

2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
Digital systems experience – required
Background in Hospitality or E‑commerce – strong advantage
Strong communication, initiative, and ownership
