Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.\n\nJob Description:\n\nWe are looking for a highly talented Engineer to join our unique SBU application team leveraging multidisciplinary expertise to maximize our Wafer Result Analytical (WRA) platform value and address our customer\u2019s HVPs.\n\nWhat\u2019s in it for you?\n\nWorking in a multidisciplinary role with complex electronic systems, be part of R\u0026D activities, affecting product development and growth. \n\nCreating value for our customers by understanding their needs \u0026 maximizing our application capabilities. \n\nOur Group: \n\nDiverse team, encouraging teamwork and collaboration and \u201cmake it happen\u201d proactiveness attitude. \n\nThe application team is a multicultural team supporting customers worldwide. \n\nWhat you\u0027ll be responsible for:\n\n * Leverage a deep understanding of customer technologies and identify customer HVPs, working with internal and external customers, suggesting potential solutions and accompanying till implementation \u2013 end to end responsibility.\n * Manage customer feedback to continuously improve WRA value and performance.\n * Provide technical leadership for complex and challenging WRA application related activities, guiding the team effectively.\n * Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-sites activities (beta, SW upgrade, server install) ensuring high involvement in the scope of work (SOW) to meet the timeline.\n * Lead technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues.\n * Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using the WRA and can maximize its benefits.\n * Collaborate with multiple teams (Dev team, Product Line Manager, Local account, local support, Product line) to ensure successful adoption and support for WRA.\n * Oversee small project management activities to enhance SBU group effectiveness including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.\n\n\n\nWhat should you have:\n\n * BSc. / MSc. in Engineering\n * 2~10 years of experience in related fields (Semiconductor Industry)\n * Metrology/ Defect Review (ProVision/SEMVision) experience - Preferred. \n * Data Analytics skill - Preferred. \n * Customer orientation, intercultural skills. \n * Self-confidence, presentation skills, communication skills. \n * Problem solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, project management. \n\n\n\nWho are we?\n\nWe are AGS PDC service business unit based in Rehovot responsible for PDC product service value enhancement through AIx (Actionable Insight Accelerator) solutions development and adoption.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 50% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$108,000.00 - $148,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
