Digital Trust & Safety Specialist Polish-speaking

Do you speak Polish and want to play a meaningful role in making the digital world safer for everyone? We are hiring a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our Sofia team, where you will protect users of a globally influential platform across Polish-speaking markets.

In this role your language skills, cultural sensitivity, and judgment will be essential in evaluating content and accounts, applying platform policies accurately, and contributing to a safer, more authentic online community. Every decision you make matters.

Your responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content and account behaviour
• Apply trust and safety policies consistently and fairly
• Escalate emerging risks and complex violations to specialist teams
• Contribute feedback to support continuous policy improvement
• Maintain daily performance metrics for quality and productivity

What we are looking for:

• Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and objective in decision-making
• Emotional resilience with access to full well-being support
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
