Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Czech and English

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a skilled Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in both Czech and English. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of our online platforms. You will help protect users from malpractices and maintain a trustworthy environment by monitoring content, handling incidents, and implementing safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user interactions and content on our platforms to identify and address potential violations of community standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported issues, analyzing evidence and determining appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and practices that enhance digital trust and safety.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on safety incidents and insights to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on digital safety trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance security measures.
• Engage with users to inform them about safety protocols and promote community awareness regarding digital safety.

• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a related area is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively address safety concerns.
• Detail-oriented with a strong proactive approach to identifying possible threats.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and digital content management systems.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
