This key role is focused on ensuring a safe online experience for users, maintaining the integrity of digital platforms, and supporting safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor online content and user interactions to identify potential safety risks and policy violations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents and manage resolution processes effectively.
• Assist users by providing clear guidance on safety policies, reporting mechanisms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance safety protocols and user protection strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to raise awareness regarding digital safety practices among users.
• Compile and analyze reports on incidents and patterns to support strategic decisions and enhancements.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online safety challenges, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to thoroughly evaluate incidents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support users and work within teams.
• Proficiency in digital moderation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
