  • Inspect scanned images to verify accuracy, completeness, and image quality
  • Track production progress and maintain detailed quality records, spreadsheets, and logs
  • Organize, process, and securely transmit digital image files
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on scanning equipment

  • Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and project deadlines
  • Handle valuable historical records with care and professionalism

Who You Are
  • Experienced in document digitization, scanning, imaging technology, or related production workflows
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented — exceptional accuracy and consistency in everything you do
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and equipment
  • A problem-solver who can identify and resolve workflow issues before they escalate
  • Background in Photography, Library & Information Science, Archival Studies, History, or Museum Studies is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds
  • Ability to distinguish fine visual detail and accurately evaluate image quality

What Makes You Successful
You take pride in accurate, high-quality work. You're dependable, thrive in structured environments, and find meaning in preserving historical records for future generations.
