Job Description - Dining Assistant/ Dishwasher

The Kitchen Aid/Dishwasher at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is responsible for providing support and assistance to the dining services team in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals and dining experiences. This is a full-time, hourly healthcare/medical job located in Cummings Georgia . The Kitchen aid will work closely with the rest of the dining services team to provide exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
-

Removing soiled plates and flatware from tables.

Washing dishes thoroughly.

Resetting tables for the next party.

Restocking items.

Unloading delivery trucks.

Helping prepare cook stations.

Cleaning appliances and machines.

Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.

Maintaining cleanliness in the dish-washing area.

Assisting with basic food preparation tasks.

Managing cleaning supplies and inventory.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
