Join our Culinary Services team to support resident well-being, foster meaningful connections, and create a warm, hospitality-driven environment where every meal enhances quality of life.

About Live Health Connect Residences

At Live Health Connect Residences, we believe dining is about much more than food. Every meal provides an opportunity to create connection, comfort, and a sense of community. Our assisted living and memory care community is dedicated to delivering resident-centered services that promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Managed by Bizzell Global Ventures, our community brings together professionals committed to excellence in hospitality, healthcare, and senior living. As we continue to grow and strengthen our services, we are seeking team members who are passionate about creating memorable experiences and making a positive impact in the lives of residents and their families.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Dining Associate, you will support daily dining operations while helping create a welcoming and engaging experience for residents. You will assist with meal service, dining room preparation, sanitation, and resident interaction while ensuring every resident receives attentive, respectful, and personalized service.

This role requires a hospitality-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with the Culinary Services Director, culinary team members, caregivers, and community leadership to ensure dining services support resident satisfaction, nutrition, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare dining rooms and service areas before, during, and after meal service.
  • Provide attentive meal and beverage service to residents and guests.
  • Assist residents with menu selections and communicate dietary needs as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards throughout dining areas.
  • Support table setup, beverage stations, and light food preparation activities.
  • Observe and report resident concerns, appetite changes, or dining challenges to supervisors.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and respectful dining atmosphere.
  • Assist with special events, celebrations, and themed dining experiences.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and community policies.
  • Safely operate dining and kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with culinary and resident care teams to ensure exceptional service deliver.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins around 6:30 a.m. as you help prepare the dining room for breakfast service. You set tables, stock beverage stations, and review the day's menu with the culinary team. As residents begin arriving, you greet them by name and help ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.

Throughout breakfast service, you assist residents with menu selections, deliver meals, refill beverages, and provide attentive support when needed. You quickly learn residents' preferences whether it's extra cream in their coffee, a favorite seat by the window, or a preferred breakfast option and those small details help create a more personalized experience.

Later in the morning, you assist with dining room cleanup and prepare for lunch service. During lunch, the dining room becomes a vibrant gathering place where residents connect with friends and family. You move throughout the room ensuring meals are served promptly, tables remain clean, and residents receive excellent service.

In the afternoon, you help prepare for a special themed dining event and work alongside the culinary team to create an enjoyable experience for residents and guests. Before ending your shift, you ensure service areas are clean, organized, and ready for the next meal period. Every day offers opportunities to build relationships, deliver hospitality, and contribute to residents' happiness and well-being.
