Purpose and Scope:
Clean and clear the tables and restaurant areas, and maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness.
Essential Functions:
 Clear all tables of dishes and debris; continually remove dirty ashtrays, glasses, empty dinner dishes and
used silverware from the table. 
 Carry trays of dirty dishes to the dish room and break down trays according to the procedures.

 Maintain floor areas to ensure they are clean and dry. 
 Assist with setup and breakdown of all buffet. 
 Clean all spills and breakage immediately. 
 Ensure all window/glass surfaces are spotless. 
 Clean service stations and fill ice bins.

 Performs any other duties required or requested by Supervisor.

Non-Essential Functions:

 Assist servers with all aspects of service as requested.

 Report any damaged or worn items in the dining room to manager.
 Perform buffet duties as needed.
 Clean high chairs and booster seats after each use.

Knowledge and Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
Experience: Previous Dining Room experience desired.
Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills.
