We will train the right person but experience and Food Service Managers Certificate a big plus 

Every other weekend, REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepares and serves all items per standardized recipes

  
  


• 
  

  Plans food production, so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved

  
  


• 
  

  Keeps area clean and sanitized

  
  


• 
  

  Also must maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance Policy

  
  


• 
  

  Record temps, stock menu items, ability to prepare food for groups up to 60 people, etc.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Ability to understand and following instructions and communicate effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to understand measurements and conversions

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of kitchen equipment
