Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with managing guest flow during busy periods
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answers guest's questions, offers recommendations, and provides general assistance to guests
• Maintains adequate stock of supplies
• Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, trash bins and restrooms
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence

Work Schedule & Environment

• 8-hour shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability
• On-site position in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant
• Supportive and encouraging workplace culture

Skills & Qualifications

• No formal education required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying schedules
