Dining Room Host

Join Chick-fil-A as a Dining Room Host and help create a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. This role combines hands-on cleaning and dining room care with genuine hospitality—connecting with guests, anticipating their needs, and finding small ways to make their visit better.

Hours & Pay

• $17.00 per hour
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday – Saturday availability desired
• You are not required to work six days per week, but we are looking for candidates with availability throughout the week
• This position is intended for someone seeking a consistent, year-round daytime schedule rather than seasonal or summer-only employment

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining room tables
• Sweep and maintain dining room floors
• Refresh beverages for guests
• Proactively connect with guests through table touch-ins and friendly conversation
• Anticipate guest needs by offering beverage refills, clearing trays, assisting families, and finding small ways to make each guest's visit easier
• Spot-clean walls and windows
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Change trash as needed
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout the entire shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to change and carry trash
• Ability to remain on your feet and walk for extended periods during your shift
• Comfortable completing routine cleaning tasks, including cleaning restrooms, handling trash, and cleaning spills
