Dining Room Host - Day Shift

At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host - Team Member role is a "Guest Experience Maker" focused on providing "2nd Mile Service" by creating a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment. Dining Room Host emphasizes proactive service over taking orders.

We are hiring for two distinct part-time shifts to cover our busy morning hours.

Shift A: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Shift B: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Shift C: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Dining Room Host - Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests at the door with a warm, friendly attitude and smile; offering fond farewell as they leave
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Proactively walking the dining room to ask guests about their meal, asking how their day is, and ensuring satisfaction
• Anticipating Needs: refreshing beverages, offering highchairs, delivering extra condiments/napkins
• Clearing, and sanitizing tables, chairs, booths after guests leave
• Routinely monitor and clean bathrooms
• Sweeping and mopping dining room floors
• Restock/Cleaning condiment stations
• Emptying trash bins
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
