cleanliness standards, and leading team members to create a warm and caring environment.

Chick-fil-A Maplewood Leadership's primary role is to serve the team. Our leaders exemplify our core values, and understand, and convey the vision for the business. They always assist in training and holding standards as they change/improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dining room operations during the shift.  
• Run meals to guests
• Ensure tables, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Engage with guests by table touching, assisting with needs, and creating meaningful interactions.  
• Coach team members on cleanliness, urgency, and hospitality expectations.  
• Respond quickly to guest needs, spills, or concerns.  
• Support front counter and drive-thru during slower dining room periods as needed.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant.

Availability:

• Open availability on Saturdays is required (May have one Saturday off per month)
• Must be available minimum 30+ hours/week,
• Must be available to Open 4 days a week or available to close 4 nights a week.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Night shift
• Day shift
