Job Description:

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service

- Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after meals

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Address resident needs and preferences with care and attention

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dining or customer service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with seniors

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
