Job Description:

Grand Villa is seeking dedicated and compassionate part-time servers to join our dining team at our assisted living facility. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner

- Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas before and after meals

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining spaces

- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to meet dietary needs and preferences

- Support the kitchen staff with food service and presentation

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with residents

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
