Dining Room Server (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Waters Edge of Lake Wales is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our senior residents. We are currently seeking professional, compassionate dining room servers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a supportive environment and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is essential to meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established procedures

- Ensure residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables

- Provide attentive and courteous service to enhance residents’ dining experience

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Ability to pass a Level Two background check and drug screening

- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
