The Gardens at Columbine is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community and we are seeking a dependable, customer service focused Dining Service Supervisor to oversee, schedule, train, and manage our Serving Team.

* One Location (Littleton). The Gardens at Columbine Retirement Community.

Schedule: Full-time, anywhere from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Summary: The Dining Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining services at The Gardens at Columbine Retirement Community. This role involves managing a team of 10-15 Servers, ensuring high standards of customer service, and continuously improving dining processes to provide the best and most efficient dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the Serving staff of approximately 10-15 Servers.
• Train new hires and ensure they are well-integrated into the team.
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements to enhance dining efficiency and experience.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure residents' satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with residents and internal staff.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong background in personnel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $22-$24/hour (based on experience)
