Pay: Annual salary $43,908.80 - $47,486 DOE

Schedule: Thursday – Monday| 11:00 a.m.– 7:00 p.m.

Friendsview Retirement Community is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead our front-of-house dining team, create exceptional dining experiences, and mentor employees—many of whom are entering the workforce for the first time. If you're passionate about hospitality, coaching others, and serving older adults with compassion and excellence, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house dining operations across campus


• Hire, train, coach, and support dining team members


• Create schedules and help manage staffing


• Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction


• Partner with culinary and healthcare teams to meet residents' dietary needs


• Support residents with specialized and modified diets in Health Services


• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and Oregon regulatory standards


• Assist with catered events, special meals, and campus celebrations


• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dining, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience


• Previous supervisory or leadership experience


• Passion for customer service and developing employees


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Healthcare or senior living dining experience is a plus

• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)


• Current Food Handler Card


• Valid driver's license
