The Finance Director – Exteriors Segment owns forward-looking strategic finance partnership to set the direction of the Segment and drive achievement of its goals and objectives.

This leader owns annual planning, long-range planning, dynamic forecasting, and management reporting for the segment, and converts that work into actionable insight for the businesses. The role partners closely with segment and functional leadership on growth initiatives and major investments, NPI launches, go to market strategy, and execution of the R&D and new product pipeline. This role requires strong backbone, executive presence, and the ability to drive accountability as the primary finance business partner to the Exteriors Segment General Manager.
Successful candidates will offer a strategic perspective, demonstrated cross-functional influencing, and ability to lead, develop and coach a high-caliber team.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $180,700 to $234,900. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
