Greenline Management is searching for a Director of Property Leasing & Marketing to drive leasing traffic to the property and convert to residents. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It’s a very simple job and we are willing to pay for top talent.

• $90,000/year base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.


• Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end.


• Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.


• Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.


• Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of active sales


• 3+ years of marketing and social media experience


• Strong communication and copywriting skills


• A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement


• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
