About the role
The Regional leader for the West/Mid-West Region and the Change & Training Practice is a critical leadership within the Digital Enablement business unit. The RPL will be responsible for delivering Digital Enablement strategic goals and accountable for service delivery and performance within their designated region. Key measurements will include growth, profitability, utilization, and client and teammate satisfaction. Along the way, you will get to:
- Create and drive practice priorities, thought leadership, career development and support to Change & Training practice managers nationally.
- Work with practice managers to understand industry trends, team strengths, identify growth opportunities, and position Digital Enablement for success.

What we’re looking for
- 15+ years of experience in professional services, leading change, and digital transformations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Digital Enablement capabilities, including Change & Training, Product Strategy & Agility, and Project Solutions.
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management, Training Development, and Delivery
- Experience in building and leading consulting/professional services teams.
- Proficiency working with and selling to stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers at enterprise and corporate clients.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence through respect and trust.
