Your Typical Day:

You’ll provide high-quality, non-medical care in a one-on-one home setting. Shifts are designed to fit your lifestyle:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 to 12 hour blocks)
• Overnight / Graveyard: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Live-in Assignments: For those seeking consistent, immersive roles.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion & Reliability: A genuine desire to help seniors age with dignity.
• Experience: At least 6 months of professional caregiving or equivalent training.
• Availability: Minimum of 24 hours/week (including at least three full day or night shifts).
• Mobility: Ability to assist with transfers (up to 150 lbs.) using assistive devices.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Safety: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
