We are looking for people ages 23+ who like to work with kids and want to make a difference in this world!
We need people who can show compassion but provide strong leadership. People who can teach and coach, show the youth how to cook a proper meal, how to do their own laundry, how to dribble a basketball, and to teach the youth to show compassion for others.

REQUIRED FOR HIRE: You need a valid AZ drivers license and level 1 fingerprint card to get your foot in the door. Please don't apply if you don't have both of these items.
Current shifts needing to be filled:
Monday-Friday 11pm-7am (40 hrs) -overnights
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
Saturday and Sunday 8pm-8am, overnight (24 hours)
Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm (24 hrs)
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (45hrs)
Weekend Warrior: Friday 8pm-Sunday 8pm (48hrs straight) Includes 8hrs at time and a half
Additional fill-in hours available during the week
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mesa, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving/working with youth: 1 year (Required)
Qualifications:
- fingerprint card and driver's license (Required)
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or Direct Care Staff is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all company and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
