Direct Care Staff

Immediate hiring of Direct Care Staff for the Santa Rosa area, CA.

Preferred experience working in supported living or working with individuals with other intellectual disabilities is a plus!

 We are looking for staff who is able to work:

Position #1- Full Time- 32 hours a week- Day Shift-Driver
    Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday- 11am-7pm

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr 
 
Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
