Direct Care Team Member

Join Our Team!! Full Time positions available. 
As a Direct Care Staff, you would help to maintain a safe, supportive environment, which ensures the quality of living of our clients. You would work closely with individuals to provide the appropriate support tailored to their abilities, needs, desires and interests to enable each to live as independently as possible. By assisting, supporting, encouraging, empowering and teaching individuals to achieve their set goals established in their ISP. While consistently following the individual(s) treatment plans, you would provide companionship, guidance, and supervision, so that they can have an independent life of their choosing, leading to a brighter future.

**Some experience with extreme behaviors is required**

Available shifts
6am - 10pm Saturday & Sunday

The Ideal Direct Care Staff member:

• Has a real passion for helping others.
• Caregiving experience a plus.
• Professionalism and respect for clients and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Reliable, energetic, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Act as a positive role model to support client and establish a constructive and appropriate personal relationship with client.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Some experience with extreme behaviors is required.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must satisfactorily pass DOJ background check.
• Must satisfactorily pass motor vehicle record check.
• Must have a valid and current California driver’s license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration for all driving positions.
• CPR/First Aide Certification
