Direct Care Worker

Your main duties will include helping with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing companionship. Core Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Offer companionship through meaningful conversations and activities.
• Monitor and report on clients' health status and any changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

• Prior experience in direct care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others and promoting their independence.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
