Direct Care Worker $15

Role: Direct Care Worker (FULL-TIME)
Location:  Reading, PA
Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 11 AM-7 PM

Description of the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at AbaCares Services in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role requires individuals to work on Sundays to Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the necessity of owning a vehicle for transportation to work. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to clients


• Assist with daily living activities and tasks


• Implement individualized care plans


• Document client progress and behavior

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable transportation


• Prior experience in direct care or related field


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
