Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Manchester, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor and report changes in client condition or needs to supervisors.


• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.


• Follow care plans and company policies to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.


• Ability to pass background checks.


• Previous experience in direct care or related fields is a plus, but not required.
