What You’ll Do:

• Lead community outreach efforts to connect residents with affordable communication services and improve access to digital tools
• Execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers 
• Track outreach progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring goals are met and strategies are continuously improved
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share insights from the field and improve promotional strategies 
• Assist in identifying new outreach opportunities to expand our impact
• Help develop strategic plans to grow the outreach program and increase participation in local events and services

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals
• A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for community service and social impact
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and community events
• Experience in community outreach, event planning, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• A problem-solving mindset with a desire to contribute to the betterment of the San Bernardino area
