Direct Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for Entry Level Direct Customer Representatives to join our team.

A Direct Customer Service Representative Will:

• Receive hands-on training and development
• Work directly with customers through in-person interactions
• Become an expert on client products and services
• Answer all customer questions
• Build outstanding customer relationships
• Close customer sales when necessary
• Upsell products and services
• Resolve customer concerns
• Follow all client compliance guidelines
• Keep a detailed record of customer interactions
