Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time
Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Location: Monday to Friday schedule
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring pliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee sterile pounding activities, maintaining adherence to USP <797> and <800> standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure efficient multi-state dispensing processes.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and oversee inspections and audits.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in good standing in the state of Texas and possess or be able to obtain licensure in multiple states.
- 3-5 years of experience in sterile pounding, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Thorough understanding of USP <797> and <800> standards for sterile pounding.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict aseptic technique.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with regulatory inspections and audits is desirable.

Additional Information:
- Infusion experience is preferred but not required.
- Clinical pharmacy experience in LTC, hospital, or specialty settings is required.
- Leadership/management experience is required.
