We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our team! You will design and develop solutions to complex application problems or network concerns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.
Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications.
Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software, and equipment.
As a Systems Engineer, you bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
Associate degree in a related field can be substituted with minimum of three (3) years of experience
Minimum five (5) years of experience required with end-user hardware, software, and application support
Modern Management Certifications (VMWare/Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, and/or MCSE)
Three (3) years of experience working with Azure AD Three (3) years of experience in complex systems design, programming and systems software and support.
