Direct Marketer/Canvasser - Boise

Description

Join our team in Boise! We're hiring Direct Marketers at all experience levels who will canvass local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about the Andersen product and Renewal by Andersen's services. We're looking for individuals that have experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing. Due to the self-sufficient nature of this role, we are requiring experience in one of these fields, or a transferrable field for our Direct Marketing Specialist role at a higher pay rate, but we are accepting applicants with no experience in these fields for the Direct Marketer role. This role will require individuals to canvass neighborhoods throughout the greater Treasure Valley area. You will use your personal vehicle to canvass local residential neighborhoods. 

Schedule, Pay and Benefits:

• Tuesday-Saturday schedule - full-time - 32-35 hours weekly
• Potential to make a range of $35-$45 hourly with our uncapped bonus and commission plans
• Medical/Dental/Vision plus supplementary benefits available

What you will be doing:

• Attending weekly meetings at our Boise office to discuss weekly plan and results
• Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors - our marketers generate leads through traditional door-to-door outreach
• Through customer approach and conversation, you'll be setting appointments with customers, to meet with our Design Consultant team so they may provide in-home consultations

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle, as this position will require the use of a personal vehicle daily
• Acceptable driving record under our company's insurance guidelines
• 3-6 months experience in canvassing, sales, face-to-face marketing, or related field
• High level of self-motivation as the work is done individually
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 20lbs
