Responsibilities of the Direct Payment Coordinator:

Processing requests for client reimbursements to vendor forms

Verify information on forms for completeness and accuracy

Maintain and comply with the client list of special processing requirements

Respond to calls from attorneys, clients, and vendors regarding the status of invoices

Generate reminder statements and follow up with clients to ensure vendor invoices are paid timely

Background Expected of the Direct Payment Coordinator:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional services environment

Superior communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Document Management and Data Entry required

Strong organization and time management skills
