Direct Support Caregiver Rotating Schedule

Part-Time Caregiver – Columbia, MO

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate caregiver with experience in direct support to help a client in their home. This role has a unique schedule built around the client’s needs, so flexibility is essential.

Schedule:

• Two weeks per month:
  Mon 4–6 pm
  Tues–Fri 7–9 am & 4–6 pm
  Sat & Sun 8 am–4 pm
• Alternating weeks:
  Mon 7–9 am
• Extra shifts with other clients available on light weeks

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care and daily routines before and after adult day program
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and simple meal prep
