Direct Support Professional

Are you passionate about helping individuals with disabilities learn, grow, and gain independence? We have an opening for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, support their clinical teams, and work closely with their families. As a DSP, you will be responsible for showing compassion, providing support to residents, and creating a safe environment. Your main focus will be fostering independence and personal choice by guiding individuals to acquire the necessary skills, such as social behavior and interpersonal competence.
