Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities - Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in individuals' conditions
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being and safety
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to administer medication following proper protocols
- Familiarity with patient care systems and first aid procedures

Monday-Friday 2:30PM-10:30PM
