Job Description - Direct Support Professional

$15 - $16/hr

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities? Inspired Care is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build independence, enhance social skills, and actively participate in their communities.

DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals grow by supporting their strengths, interests, and personal goals. This position may include assistance with personal care, daily living activities, skill development, job coaching, advocacy, and communication support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills, including budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene.
• Support individuals in participating in activities both at home and in the community.
• Implement and document program plans as directed by the Residential or Community Living Manager.
