Position Overview:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting adults ages 18 and older in their daily lives. You will assist with personal care, skill development, community engagement, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.  Schedules are made to meet programmatic needs. Currently looking for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm & 3pm-11pm) and Overnight positions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.


• Support individuals in developing independent living skills and participating in community activities.


• Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with program guidelines.


• Administer medications and follow prescribed healthcare plans.


• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals in care.


• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families/guardians.


• The ability to work overtime as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Experience in human services, caregiving, or a related field preferred (paid training provided for qualified candidates).


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.


• Ability to pass background checks and any required clearances.
