Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings.


• Assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and transportation to appointments or activities.


• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all members.


• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (travel throughout Shelby County required).


• Ability to work flexible part-time hours.


• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.


• Previous experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred but not required.
