We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities so that they may learn the work appropriate skills and habits required to maintain successful employment in their future. Further, to assist other individuals in exploring their non-work interests in the community and to facilitate community connections. Experience is desired (volunteer experience counts), but we will train you to be successful without bringing experience!

Applicants should enjoy a busy environment with a passion to help others, solid relationship skills, and a desire to positively mentor others. High School diploma/GED required, college students or graduates are welcome as well. Must be able to pass criminal background checks. Full time staff must also pass DMV check as transporting individuals will be required during the day in company vehicles.
